The official player page has no bio paragraph. The official Round Two draft recap listed pick 38 as Claire Eccles, CF/LHP, Vancouver, British Columbia (Canada), and called her a two-way profile: left-handed pitcher and center fielder. The official NY team draft recap listed her as CF/LHP (18), Vancouver, BC. The live official NY roster now lists her age as 28 and her position as LHP, OF. We’re not treating age as a 2026 stat line. As of Oct. 1, 2026, the live official roster lists LHP, OF and the player-page header lists OF. The official player page also publishes 2026 pitching numbers. ESPN’s league explainer lists her as New York CF. World Baseball Network’s how-to-watch page lists her on the Heights. Official hometown on the live roster is Vancouver, not Surrey.

We’re not making up a batting line. The official player page publishes 2026 batting and pitching numbers and a game log; use that or stats.womensprobaseballleague.com for current numbers.
