That page says she was the first woman to play in an MLB Partner League and was named 2022 USA Baseball Sportswoman of the Year. ESPN’s league explainer calls her a USA Baseball two-way pitcher/outfielder and notes San Francisco drafted her first overall.

MLB.com’s Aug. 12 story: earlier pro stops with the Sonoma Stompers, and she became the first woman to play in the Atlantic League (an MLB Partner League) with the Staten Island FerryHawks. The official Aug. 12 recap called her Firebells captain.

Notable 2026 mentions

On Aug. 12, the official recap and MLB.com reported she hit three home runs (solo, two-run, and three-run) in San Francisco’s 8–2 win over Los Angeles — the league’s first three-homer game. The official recap had her 3-for-4 with six RBI. MLB.com said two of the homers came against starter Ayami Sato and the third against Meggie Meidlinger.
